tips for placements

hi students,

this is Gautham, doing my final year B.E - E.C.E in JEPPIAAR ENGINEERING COLLEGE.
recently got placed in one of the top tier IT company called COGNIZANT (CTS)..

its a defining moment for evri 1 to get placed in a good company.. So i am here to give some tips of how to go through the placements successfully..

first in any company they keep aps... so bfore u start studying for that, u 1st know how dey evaluate the aps mark. in some companies there are -ve markings nd in some they don't hav.. some may reject u if u hav attended all the questions nd som dont... SO it is best to check how dey evaluate...

aftr collectin thes info start preparing 4 the writen test.. jus go throu the formulaes nd shortcuts... try to solve something in the rough sheet.. dey even see that...

nxt for the interview.. it s very easy... be cool, confident, smile lightly... try to answer something if u don't know anything.. don't give one word answers... nd don't tell tat i don't know, try to polish the statement by telling that "i m not too sure of this topic, but i ll try answering wat i know".. they don't expect correct answers for the technical interview, they see wether u can speak something...

take a pen r pencil while attendin the test r interview... take fotos.. 4 copies of resume.. attested xerox copies of ur marksheets....

they test ur comm skill, ur temper, ur body language
